Dopo aver visto il film Hunger Games, mi sono finalmente decisa a leggere il secondo libro della trilogia. Si, sicuramente ad un certo punto mi é sembrato scontato, ma per leggere quasi 400 pagine in meno di una giornata, posso solo dire che mi é piaciuto. E tanto.
Punti positivi: la scrittura (il punto di vista di Katniss non annoia ed é appassionante), il ritmo, la storia, la psicologia del personaggi
Punti negativi: non é autoconclusivo come era parzialmente il primo, la parte iniziale é un po' tirata per le lunghe, e certi sbalzi temporali cozzano con le tempistiche lente di certi momenti
In generale é un bel libro, di quelli che ti tengono attaccata alle pagine senza poter fare nient'altro. È sicuramente di target giovanile, ma era dai tempi di Harry Potter che non leggevo qualcosa così in fretta.

After seeing the film Hunger Games, I finally decided to read the second book of the trilogy. Yes, surely at some point I felt like it was served, but to read nearly 400 pages in less than a day, I can only say that I liked it.
Positive points: writing (the point of view of Katniss is not boring and exciting), rhythm, history, psychology of the characters
Bad points: it is not self-contained as it was in part the first, the initial part is a bit meandering, and some temporal changes clash with the timing of some slow moments
In general it is a good book, the kind that keep you stuck to the pages without being able to do anything else. It is certainly young target, but it was the days of Harry Potter that I did not read anything so quickly.
